100 E. McMicken is a historic rehabilitation endeavor that celebrates the past while embracing the future. Nestled within its walls are six "shotgun" style units, each thoughtfully designed to evoke a textural, contemporary ambiance.

Though a historic building, we juxtaposed its age with striking dark-washed cabinetry perfectly complemented by hand-picked slabs of charcoal granite for a monolithic look. Statement lighting can be found in the kitchen and bathrooms. These units will be available for rent by the end of July 2024!
