Historic Charm with a Modern Twist

This roomy, historic building owned by Northcrown Property, features six apartments equipped with modern amenities such as GE appliances and in-unit laundry. Each unit offers unique character and appeal, some with spiral staircases or multiple bathrooms.

Our design concept for 1614 combines Euro nods with a fresh take on traditional design, resulting in a soft and refined aesthetic. (But with uncommon touches, because we just couldn’t help ourselves.)
